Finally, a federal judge that understands that Atheism is indeed a religion.
Santa Ana, Calif., May 6, 2009 / 05:08 am (CNA).- A federal judge has ruled that a California public high school teacher who made denigrating remarks about religion and Christianity violated the establishment clause of the First Amendment when he called creationism "superstitious nonsense."

It's about time that atheistic teachers got smacked down for filling our children's heads with their religious doctrine. My and my child's free exercise of our religion as protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution allows us to practice our religion free of interference from atheist busybodies in an official school capacity.
